MPB Performs as Wildcats take on the Hawgs

The MPB performed to a packed Javelina Stadium on Friday night October 25. As the Wildcats took care of business on the gridiron, the MPB took care of business on the field of music. Both the Javelina Band and the Mean Purple Band put on great performances. Both bands congratulated one another on their Division I ratings at the Hondo Regional Marching Contest. It was wonderful to see the friendship and comaraderie that both bands share.

MPB Booster News - Oct. 21-27

There will be a meeting on Monday, October 28 at 6:00 p.m. at the high school to discuss Homecoming game and other items—all band parents are welcome to attend our meetings. Special thanks to Don Pedro’s Restaurant, Carrizo Springs Sherriff’s Office, Excel Finance, and Carrizo Springs Javelin for their continued support of the MPB and MPB Boosters. Thanks to all the MPB Boosters and parents who have helped to make our concession fundraisers and shirt sales a success. Congratulations, MPB!
