Taco Send-Off for MPB A Big Success!
On the morning of September 29, the MPB Boosters had a breakfast taco send-off for the MPB. The taco send-off came on the morning of the first marching contest of the season, the Cowboy Round-Up Marching Contest in Cotulla. A great time was had by all as the members of the MPB and directors were treated to breakfast tacos and drinks. This was a wonderful beginning to what will be a very successful contest season.
Thank you so much to Christina Medina-Talamantez (MPB Booster Vice-Pres.), Maria Briseno (MPB Booster Secretary), and Aimee Laliberte (MPB Booster Treasurer) for their time and effort to organize and coordinate this wonderful event.
In addition, thank you so much to the following fantastic people who made this event a success by donating items, time, and effort to make sure our MPB and directors started off their contest day with a delicious breakfast and a positive start to their trek to Cotulla. The MPB and their directors appreciate all the work and kindness that MPB Boosters, parents, guardians and friends put forth every week to help them be successful.

MPB Boosters Start New Season With Old Tradition
The MPB Boosters are energized and ready to assist the MPB and directors with the new season. The MPB parents/boosters came together to organize and work the home concession stand. Thanks to all parents, guardians, boosters for helping with the first football game.
Not only did the boosters run a great concession stand, but they also continue the tradition of good will by exchanging gifts with the other band boosters throughout the State of Texas. A special thank you goes to Lori Martinez for donating the gift for the good will exchange.
