Workers and Donations Still Needed for 10-14-16

We are asking that all parents of MPB members look at the lists below and sign up for work and a donation.  This Friday will be very busy at concession.  The MPB will be making meals for the Devine band and we need people to help as well as help with the regular concession.  We also need many donations to meet our quota.  If you are able to donate beef patties or any of the donations on the list or wish to sign up to work, please call or text Mr. Escamilla at 830-876-8427.  Thank you for your support and thank you to those who have already signed up.

Parents will also have another opportunity to sign up on Thursday, October 13 at the band hall before and after band practice.

BOOSTERS NEED YOUR HELP !

We are calling on all band parents to please sign up to work, donate, and help for the last two concessions on October 14 and November 4.  We especially need a lot of help on October 14 since the Devine Band Boosters would like us to provide a meal for their band.  We need people to cut lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles; wrap burgers, and put all these items in baggies--we also need help with drinks.

In addition to the above, we also need to have items donated and have people sign up to work the home concession since we have been having record crowds for all home games.  WE DO NEED YOUR HELP!
Thank you so much.

Boosters will be signing up people for these events on Tuesday, Oct. 11 from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. and from 7:30 to 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday, Oct 13 (same times).  Please stop by and sign up.

Please do not forget that we need people to help put together contest snack baggies for the band so they can enjoy them on their way to the Hondo Regional contest.  We will meet at 11:30 a.m. in the cafeteria concession area at the high school.

If you have any questions, please email rescamilla@cscisd.net.

The MPB Boosters continue their support of their beloved band by contributing their time, effort, and donations to help support the MPB.  This year the boosters manage the home concession stand and prepare all sorts of goodies to feed the always supportive and excited Wildcat fans.  They sometimes work more time for which they sign up.  MPB Booster officers, band members, and band directors really appreciate all the effort that the boosters put in to help out.  The MPB booster officers would like to invite the parents of all band members to help our wonderful band.

As always, the band, the directors, and the boosters would like to thank our continued MPB family of patrons which include Don Pedro’s Restaurant, Trinity’s Restaurant, Dimmit County Sherriff’s office, 3-S Services, Carrizo Springs Javelin, Chef Robert Guerrero, Gloria Vargas, and Josie Martinez, and of course, the wonderful parents who time and again come out to support our band—thank you so much for your support.
